My journey into the freight brokerage industry began with my father, a truck driver who frequently discussed the complexities between freight brokers and truck drivers. His insights and passion sparked my interest in logistics, leading me to pursue my CDL and train under his guidance. With over a decade of driving experience and more than a million miles driven, I have gained a profound understanding of the logistics landscape and the needs of both Carriers and Shippers. Throughout my career, I have witnessed significant industry flaws, particularly concerning the treatment of drivers. Many brokers retain a large portion of the rates paid to drivers, leading to unfair compensation and undermining the industry's integrity. My commitment is to address these issues by ensuring transparency and fairness in our operations.
